Deluxe France: A Personal Commitment to Excellence
Deluxe France was founded in 2003 by Julien Pieve, Moatez Khalek, and Marco Angelino, who met while completing their MBA in Tourism Business in Aix-en-Provence. During the early years, the three founders personally served as driver-guides, staying closely involved in daily operations and directly attuned to client expectations. This hands-on approach allowed them to build exclusive partnerships with top hotels, restaurants, and guides across France. As the company grew, they began developing strong ties with the U.S. travel industry, forging relationships with key players — including their longtime representation company, which has supported their expansion since 2008.

These chauffeur-driven services are at the core of our business DNA. As we naturally expanded into an on-site DMC, we carried over key practices from that sector, such as detailed, itemized quotes, maintaining our own fleet of vehicles and drivers, and leveraging our deep on-the-ground knowledge and expertise to shape this new offering. Today, Deluxe France employs around 35 people and is recognized as a leading luxury specialist and a proud member of Virtuoso and other esteemed travel networks.
