The experience begins with a warm welcome at the château, whose origins trace back to the Renaissance. Owned by Kathleen Van den Berghe, Château de Minière proudly showcases female-led viticulture, honoring both tradition and innovation.
Your visit includes a tour of the working winery, where organic and sustainable practices are highlighted at each stage of the winemaking process. You’ll also explore the cellars and the elegant manor house, surrounded by formal gardens that reflect the estate’s historical roots.
The tasting features a selection of estate-produced wines, including expressive Cabernet Franc reds, refreshing rosés, and sparkling Crémant de Loire. Each wine is presented with stories about the terroir, techniques, and vision behind the estate.
