Your visit begins with a walk under a grand alley of centenarian lime trees, setting the stage for a journey into the past. At its end stands the manor house, dating back to 1643, once connected to the Château de Chanteloup and later home to the Duke of Choiseul.
In the vineyard, you’ll learn the rhythms of the winegrower’s year (soil care, bud pruning, and harvest decisions), all carried out in partnership with the Amboise viticulture school. These vines are not just cultivated but studied and nurtured, blending tradition with education.
A short stroll away lies the estate’s private park, home to rare and centuries-old trees. Among its surprises is a replica of a Versailles vase, saved from the ruins of Chanteloup and rich in local lore.
The experience culminates in the old wine press, where guests are welcomed for an unhurried tasting beneath 17th-century beams, fully restored and now transformed into a warm and elegant tasting room. Here, you’ll sample a curated selection of wines alongside Galland family charcuterie, local goat cheese, and handcrafted biscuits, all born from the same passion that drives the estate.
